We're partnered with a leading UK healthtech company with a mission that matters: connecting those in need of mental health support with qualified clinicians. Operating across both private and NHS-funded pathways, the business is one of the NHS' largest providers of autism and ADHD assessments, and is growing exponentially. Revenue has quadrupled in the last 18 months. Service volume has 4x'd in six months and is expected to double again in the next six.

With abundant demand, the immediate priority is ensuring supply can keep pace. Therefore, the business is looking for a Head of Strategy to own this challenge end-to-end. You will translate disparate data from across the organisation into reliable and scalable capacity planning models. These will accurately map supply and demand, stress-test different scenarios, and anticipate where clinician capacity might fall short of demand. Strategic competence is also paramount as you will then use this data to influence how the business grows.

Due to the multi-faceted nature of the business, we are looking for an individual with the following experience:

  • True excel fluency — you will have extensive experience building capacity planning or demand/supply models in excel. You are confident with building robust, flexible models from scratch with heterogenous data;
  • Strong strategic judgement and analytical rigour — you have regularly used data to inform decisions and have the communication skills to influence decisions cross-functionally;
  • Comfort operating independently in ambiguous, fast-changing organisations.

This is a role who would suit someone who is as strategic as they are operational, who thrives creating infrastructure that previously didn't exist and who is looking to make an immediate and meaningful impact. Due to the company's ambitious growth plans, there's ample opportunity for continuous professional development and increased responsibility.
