Host

We are seeking a dedicated Host to join our team. As a Host, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the full experience of JBJs Nash for our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting customers, in a welcoming manner, upon entry and either seating them or informing them of wait times.
2. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to the best of your ability.
3. Support FOH staff when possible.

Qualifications:

1. Night and Weekend availability required.
2. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of OpenTable (Preferred).
