We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Owner to join our London team. This is a key role for someone with a strong track record of delivering successful digital products, platforms or programmes. You will own the strategic direction, prioritisation and delivery of one of our clients’ core digital platforms, working closely with stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Product Ownership & Platform Leadership: Own and manage a core client digital platform, shaping its vision, roadmap and feature development. Prioritise and manage the product backlog, translating business and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Work closely with clients, internal teams and third parties to gather, refine and prioritise requirements. Build strong stakeholder relationships and align business, technical and delivery teams across scope, priorities and timelines for delivery.
  • Innovation and Problem Solving: Apply an innovative and rigorous analytical approach to identify issues, define root causes, and deliver effective solutions quickly.
  • Quality, Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet high standards for quality, usability, accessibility and compliance, including Public Sector Standards, WCAG and GDS best practices.
  • Product Delivery and Project Management: Collaborate daily with developers, designers and QA teams to clarify requirements, troubleshoot technical problems, and drive continuous improvement of the platform. Support delivery across the full lifecycle, including planning, estimation, budget tracking and governance, delivery tracking and release activities.

You’re a great fit if you…

  • Have a strong track record (minimum 5+ years) of successfully owning and managing complex digital products or platforms.
  • Are analytical in your approach to defining requirements.
  • Have direct experience working with complex open-source web development projects/platforms, ideally with expertise in Drupal.
  • Are knowledgeable and experienced in the Public Sector, WCAG, GDS, GDPR and Security compliance.
  • Thrive on applying an innovative problem-solving approach coupled with strong analytical skills.
  • Take a hands‑on approach to platform development, ownership, backlog management, and product delivery.
  • Have a track record of cultivating strong client and colleague relationships.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships and navigate cross‑team dynamics effectively.
  • Understand the dynamics of working within a fast‑paced digital agency environment (preferred).
  • Can apply Project Management fundamentals in doing estimations, documenting requirements, managing delivery budgets and delivery resourcing.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing digital products/platforms.
  • Experience working with complex open-source web development projects/platforms, specifically Drupal.
  • Expertise in WCAG, GDS, GDPR, privacy and Security compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a rigorous analytical approach to identify issues and deliver solutions quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Track record of strong client and colleague relationships.
