The Role

As a Digital Product Owner, you will own the strategic direction and delivery of a core digital platform. You’ll be the bridge between business goals and technical execution, working daily with multidisciplinary teams to ensure we deliver outstanding experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Product Leadership: Shape the vision, roadmap, and feature development for a key client platform.
  • Backlog Management: Translate user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to align on scope, priorities, and timelines.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure every solution meets high standards for usability, accessibility (WCAG), and GDS best practices.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Support the full lifecycle, from estimation and budget tracking to release activities.

About You

You are a great fit for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex digital products or platforms.
  • Direct experience with open‑source web projects, ideally Drupal.
  • Deep understanding of Public Sector standards, GDS, GDPR, and security compliance.
  • A rigorous approach to identifying issues and defining root causes.
  • Ideally, you understand the fast‑paced nature of a digital agency and can pivot quickly when needed.
  • A proven track record of cultivating trust with clients and colleagues alike.
