JBD Recruitment specialises in placing exceptional Early Years professionals in nurseries and childcare settings. We are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team, based at our Head Office in Petts Wood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the early years sector.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles.
  • Manage the full 360 registration and on-boarding process for staff.
  • Write and post job advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and update the candidate and client database.
