Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the early years sector. Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief to candidate placement. Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract top talent. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Negotiate contracts, salaries, and fees with both clients and candidates.
