To be considered for the role of Nursery Manager you will have:
- Level 3 relevant childcare qualification (or above)
- Good knowledge of Ofsted and the EYFS
- Previous Management experience (Third in Charge, Experienced Room Leader, Deputy Nursery Manager)
- Ability to motivate, inspire and lead a passionate childcare professional team
- Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
