Our client is one of the most respected architectural and interior signage, and brand design firms in the UK. They have offices in both Leeds & the north west, with industry leading manufacturing machinery and a client list including several of the biggest retailers on the high-street. Due to an increase in orders, there is a requirement for a junior PM to join the team.

This position is ideal for a Project Coordinator, ideally with experience in the signage sector. Working alongside the existing team of Project Managers, you’ll be responsible for overseeing reactive maintenance works for a major client along with smaller one-off projects.

  • Working in a fast-paced environment, primarily for clients in the retail sector
  • Dealing with incoming queries from clients and contractors
  • Office based role, with scope to progress within the projects team
  • Making installation arrangements with the in-house site teams, subcontractors, and the client
  • Responsible for maintaining project trackers and working with CRM systems

Person Specification:

  • Experience working in the signage sector, or with a background in shopfitting, or visual displays would be advantageous
  • Client facing experience
  • IT literate including Microsoft Office products
  • Commutable distance to Leeds
