Role: Tender Commercial Executive Location: Kent / Surrey / South London, UK Market: Project Logistics Industry: Energy (Oil & Gas, Renewables) The Company: JBAndrews is working with an industry leading Project Logistics Service Provider looking to add a Tender Commercial Executive to their rapidly growing Global Tender Team based out of the UK. The ideal candidate will be tasked with duties related to the receipt, production and response to complex quotation requests and invitation to tenders. The Role: Take ownership in the collation of pricing and management of quotations with vendors and clients. Participate in internal and external RFQ meetings to understand client’s requirements. Liaise with vendors and clients (external and internal) to collate and distribute relevant information. Respond to ITTs and RFIs for Project work on a global scale. Assist in enhancing Bid Process and Contract Check-List procedures. Support internal teams with the creation of relevant technical documents. Assist with the sourcing and collating pricing from global vendors and offices. Requirements: Excellent written English and grammar an essential requirement. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 family of software products essential, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Self-motivated and organised individual, with excellent time-management skills. Experience within the freight forwarding or wider supply chain sector and knowledge of how it functions is essential. Project logistics experience is a plus. Excellent data analysis, organisational and communication skills essential.
