As demand continues to grow across key sectors, the business is hiring at Consulting Partner level to support complex engagements, lead project teams, and shape the continued development of their consulting capability.
The Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements — from initial diagnostic through solution design and implementation
- Work across a range of projects, including warehouse design, transport modelling, inventory optimisation, and network strategy
- Act as the key point of contact for clients during delivery phases, managing expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and present practical solutions based on operational insight and robust analysis
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
- Support the development of more junior consultants through knowledge-sharing and project leadership
- Input into internal methods, tools, and delivery frameworks as the consulting capability grows
The Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years’ experience in logistics or supply chain, with hands-on roles in 3PLs, logistics-led businesses, or large in-house operations
- Demonstrable experience in solution delivery across warehousing, transport, or supply chain operations
- Comfortable running project delivery from start to finish — including analysis, solution development, client engagement and presentation
- Strong technical understanding of supply chain processes, with exposure to WMS, TMS, automation and layout design
- A clear communicator who can manage both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and the ability to stay focused on practical outcomes, not theoretical models
- Preference for candidates who have worked within industry, not those from traditional consulting backgrounds
