You will lead a small team of Business Development Managers , shaping the UK sales strategy and working closely with the Solutions Design team to deliver innovative, tailored logistics solutions for new projects and key clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Business Developers to achieve ambitious growth targets. Develop and implement a UK sales strategy aligned with global objectives. Collaborate with Solutions Design to create bespoke proposals for complex logistics projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion in strategic sectors. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions. Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership. Ideal Candidate Proven track record in contract logistics sales , ideally within eCommerce, Retail, or Fashion. Strong leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
