JBAndrews is currently partnered with a specialist supply chain consultancy that works closely with leading retailers (2 out of the Top 5), manufacturers, and logistics providers to design and deliver tailored operational and commercial solutions.

Built by professionals from within the logistics and supply chain industry, the firm focuses on solving real-world challenges across warehouse design, transport operations, automation, and end-to-end supply chain strategy. Every project is rooted in detailed analysis and designed with practical, deliverable outcomes in mind.

As demand continues to grow across key sectors, the business is hiring at Consulting Partner level to support complex engagements, lead project teams, and shape the continued development of their consulting capability.

The Role

  • Take ownership of complex client engagements across network strategy, facility design, automation, and transport planning
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, overseeing solution design through to final implementation
  • Act as a senior client partner β€” driving engagement, scope, commercial alignment and programme success
  • Support the growth and development of consultants within the team, mentoring future leaders
  • Contribute to the internal evolution of consulting methods, delivery frameworks, and project governance
  • Represent the business in the wider market, ensuring continued momentum and credibility

The Ideal Candidate

  • 15+ years’ experience within logistics, supply chain or contract logistics
  • Background working for 3PLs, large-scale shippers, or logistics-led retailers – with hands-on delivery experience
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex transformation programmes with measurable results
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, developing project scope and leading client relationships
  • Knowledge across core areas such as WMS/TMS, automation, facility layout, transport modelling and outsourcing
  • Track record of leading teams and managing resources across multiple projects
  • This role is suited to someone from within industry, not a career consultant
