Are you ambitious, competitive, and ready to kickstart your career? JBAndrews is hiring Graduate Executive Search Consultants to join our growing Leeds city centre office (on-site, 5 days per week).
This is a sales and business development role where you’ll work towards targets, build your own client portfolio, and partner with senior-level talent across the globe. We’re looking for resilient, driven, and down-to-earth individuals who want to make an impact and grow with us.

- £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission (up to 60%) & company benefits. Average 1st year OTE £45-50k

Responsibilities
- Own the full 360° executive recruitment process, working with both clients and candidates
- Specialise in a niche global industry sector within our core markets
- Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones
- Headhunt and engage top senior-level talent
- Advise and consult with clients on executive hiring strategies
- Work independently and within a team, building your specialist market like your own business
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred but not essential)
- Drive, confidence, and a hunger for success in a sales/business development environment
- A positive, resilient, and competitive mindset
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
- Accountability for achieving targets and growing your specialist market
