What will be your responsibilities?
- Full 360-degree executive recruitment role, working with clients and candidates and owning end-to-end senior management recruitment processes.
- Specialising in a niche industry sector within core markets globally.
- Developing new business with clients and fostering key customer relationships.
- Headhunting top industry talent into high-level vacancies.
- Consulting with clients to make decisions on hiring executive-level staff and recruitment programmes.
- Technology-based work using telephone, video, email, and face-to-face interactions to build long-term relationships.
- Working autonomously and independently as well as in a team, with potential to grow the industry as its own business unit.
What are the requirements?
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is not necessary but preferred.
