Are you an organised administrator with experience in business support and document control? Do you want to play a key role in keeping a busy business function running smoothly? We are looking for an organised and proactive team player to join our busy Business Support team. As a member of our Business Support function, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our expanding business. This is a varied and hands‑on role where you'll contribute to the coordination and delivery of a wide range of business initiatives.
- Managing office administration and reception duties
- Supporting coordination and booking of travel arrangements
- Supporting tender administration, comprising portal updates and supplier registrations
You will also support continued compliance with our accreditations in Quality, Environment and Health & Safety, while taking responsibility for aspects of financial management and helping to maintain suitable, well‑controlled business documentation.
Qualifications
At least 5 GCSEs with:
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) – Essential
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) – Essential

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Competence in standard MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Previous relevant experience in administration, office support and document management.
- Organisational and planning skills, and the ability to self‑manage.
- Flexibility to respond to business needs and prioritise key tasks.
- Good time‑keeping, reliability and organisation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working independently as well as part of a team.
- A current driving licence, to permit unsupervised driving in the UK.
- The organisational skills to contribute to an established Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety accredited management system.
- A qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
