Partner Alliance Manager Remote, United Kingdom (London-based)
About the Company Our client is a high-growth enterprise data software company and a leading Microsoft partner. Its platform helps global enterprises manage, govern and trust their data at scale, supporting their most important data, analytics and AI initiatives.
About the Role The Partner Alliance Manager is a key member of the company's Global Alliances team, owning partner relationships in the UK and wider EMEA. You will work closely with Sales, Business Development and Pre-Sales to build and grow relationships within Microsoft and, increasingly, AWS. The goal is to drive net new revenue through co-sell and joint go-to-market activity across the region.
Microsoft will be your primary focus. You will also help develop the AWS co-sell motion as it grows in the region.
This is a fully remote role based in the UK (ideally London), with up to 25% travel.
What You'll Do
- Drive net new pipeline and revenue through co-sell with Microsoft across the UK and EMEA, acting as a deal maker on joint opportunities from first introduction to close.
- Build and maintain a strong network of Microsoft Data and AI specialists, sellers and field leaders who actively bring the company into target accounts.
- Develop and grow the AWS co-sell motion, building relationships with AWS account teams and partner managers and creating early joint pipeline.
- Position the platform clearly within the Microsoft data ecosystem, including Microsoft Fabric, Purview and data governance sales plays, and alongside AWS data, analytics and AI services.
- Partner closely with Account Executives on territory plans, running regular cadences to align on target accounts and partner-sourced opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams and programmes within Microsoft and AWS.
- Represent the company with executive presence, raising its profile within partner leadership and field organisations.
- Consistently deliver against, and exceed, a revenue quota.
What We're Looking For
- Consistent quota attainment. A track record of exceeding targets, owning the details and delivering with urgency. This role carries a meaningful variable component, so bring your over-quota history.
- Executive presence. You can build and manage relationships at leadership level and raise the company's profile within Microsoft and AWS.
- Strong communication skills. You present clearly, build trust quickly and inspire confidence across the partner network.
- Deep Microsoft ecosystem experience. You have worked directly with Microsoft UK or EMEA in Data and AI, co-selling complex solutions. Bring your Microsoft network.
- AWS exposure (highly desirable). Experience co-selling with AWS (for example through ACE, AWS Marketplace or ISV Accelerate) or working in a multi-cloud partner role.
- Familiarity with enterprise data management, data governance or data quality is a strong plus.
Why This Role
- Join a high-growth company at an inflection point, with real impact from day one.
- Own a strategic region for a partner-led business with strong Microsoft alignment.
- Fully remote, with a passionate team and supportive, hands-on leadership.
- Competitive package: base plus commission, company pension, private medical cover, life assurance, generous annual leave, and more.
