This is an opportunity for an experienced paralegal to play a key role in supporting property litigation matters, with increasing responsibility for managing caseloads and progressing files.
You will:
- Support the progression of property litigation cases under supervision
- Prepare court documents, notices, and legal correspondence
- Liaise with clients and third parties, taking instructions and providing updates where appropriate
- Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
- Maintain accurate case records using case management systems
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, court rules, and deadlines

- Previous experience in a litigation environment (property litigation advantageous)
- Knowledge of standard Court processes
