The Role

You’ll work with corporate clients on a varied, specialist caseload, including:

  • Managing pre‑ and post‑issue litigation across courts and tribunals with opportunities for advocacy
  • Providing strategic advice and regular client updates
  • Advising on service charges, rents, covenants, easements, trespass & possession matters
  • Working on building, fire and health and safety issues
  • Advising on lease interpretation, complex title structures and developments
  • Whether you’re an experienced litigator or looking to specialise in property litigation, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a supportive, ambitious and expanding firm.

Salary: Competitive (open to discussion)
