The Role
You’ll work with corporate clients on a varied, specialist caseload, including:
- Managing pre‑ and post‑issue litigation across courts and tribunals with opportunities for advocacy
- Providing strategic advice and regular client updates
- Advising on service charges, rents, covenants, easements, trespass & possession matters
- Working on building, fire and health and safety issues
- Advising on lease interpretation, complex title structures and developments
- Whether you’re an experienced litigator or looking to specialise in property litigation, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a supportive, ambitious and expanding firm.
