Having recently established our London base, we are now seeking a senior property litigation lawyer to lead and grow our presence in the capital. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of our firm’s development.
The Opportunity
- Leading and developing the London office, including future team growth
- Driving business development and client relationships across London and the South
- Acting as the senior point of contact for complex or high-value matters
- Establishing JB Leitch’s brand and presence within the London property market
- Providing strategic input at departmental level and supporting the wider firm strategy
- Overseeing quality, compliance, and operational efficiency within the London office

About You
- A senior property litigation specialist with 10–12+ years’ PQE
- Experienced in landlord and tenant disputes, service charge litigation, building safety matters, and complex property disputes
- Commercially driven, with a strong track record in client development and relationship management
- Confident managing senior legal teams and supervising high-quality work
- Enthusiastic about building and shaping a growing office environment
- A strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with senior leadership
- Experience in growing a team, developing new practice areas, or establishing a London presence will be highly advantageous.
