About the Role
We’re launching a firm-wide Internal Learning Academy, and we’re looking for an IT Trainer to lead our digital learning efforts. You’ll design and deliver impactful training that empowers colleagues to confidently use Microsoft 365, Copilot, our case management system, and other tools critical to legal and operational efficiency.
This is your chance to embed a culture of digital fluency, automation, and innovation — across legal, pre-legal, and business support teams.
What You\’ll Do
- Develop and lead training sessions on MS365 (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Automate), AI tools like Copilot, CMS platforms, and cyber-security best practices.
- Support onboarding of new joiners through digital inductions and tool familiarisation.
- Deliver digital skills clinics and microlearning modules for all levels.
- Collaborate with legal and operational leads to embed tech into daily workflows.
- Identify common digital pain points and design user‑focused solutions to improve adoption.
- Promote a culture of continuous digital learning and support Kaizen process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain training records and usage analytics to track adoption and impact.
What We\’re Looking For
- Experienced IT Trainer or digital adoption specialist with a strong background in MS365.
- Knowledge of AI and automation tools (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate) and how they support workflow optimisation.
- Confident communicator who can engage audiences from junior colleagues to senior leaders.
- Ability to translate technical features into clear, job-relevant benefits.
- Previous experience supporting legal or professional services teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with case management systems, LMS platforms, and digital content tools (e.g., walkthrough software, video tutorials) is highly desirable.
