JB Leitch Real Estate is looking for an experienced relationship-builder with strong connections across the mortgage, lending and conveyancing sectors to help us develop a new growth channel. This is not a traditional business development role. We're looking for someone who already understands the market, knows the key players and can build strategic partnerships with mortgage intermediaries, conveyancing firms, lender panels, equity release advisers and other property professionals.
You'll play a key role in positioning JB Leitch Real Estate as the go-to specialist legal partner for complex leasehold and freehold property issues that regularly delay or prevent transactions.
- Build and develop relationships with mortgage brokers, networks and intermediaries.
- Represent JB Leitch Real Estate at industry events, conferences and networking forums.
- Work closely with our legal teams to ensure excellent outcomes for clients and introducers.
- Help establish JB Leitch Real Estate as the preferred referral partner for complex property title and transaction issues.
Most importantly, you'll bring an existing network of industry contacts and a proven track record of developing commercially valuable relationships. Within 12 months, you'll have established JB Leitch Real Estate as a recognised specialist partner within the mortgage, lending and conveyancing market, generating a consistent stream of high-quality referrals and long-term strategic partnerships.
