At Hopkins, we're looking for an experienced Project Design Lead to join our growing Design team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of complex Electrical building services projects, leading talented design teams and delivering outstanding technical solutions from initial design stages through to completion. You'll become a key part of a collaborative department, working alongside our Pre-Construction, Commercial and Project Delivery teams to ensure designs are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality. What you'll be doing:

  • Leading multiple design projects simultaneously
  • Managing project design programmes and resources
  • Coordinating Mechanical and Electrical design activities
  • Acting as the key design contact for clients and project teams
  • Managing technical risk and contractual compliance
  • Driving quality assurance throughout project delivery
  • Supporting and mentoring Design Engineers and Senior Designers
  • Championing continuous improvement and innovation
