Hopkins is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Senior Project Surveyor for London to lead commercial activities across pre-construction through to final account on multi-million-pound M&E projects. The role requires strong JCT/NEC contract knowledge, cost management, and leadership of procurement strategies with clients and subcontractors.
You will manage CVRs, valuations, variations and final accounts, mentor junior team members, and work closely with the Commercial Manager to drive.
