In a Nutshell: At Hopkins, our purpose is to always deliver high levels of customer service and industry knowledge. Our vision is to self-deliver our sustainable projects from design through the installation period and then to maintain the buildings, ensuring they operate to the original design principles. To achieve both, we have built a team of dedicated, innovative and creative people, who never settle for "just average". As we continue to grow our network and expand our team across the south of the UK, with hubs already in Hampshire, East Sussex and Thames Valley, we are looking to further our reach and continue to deliver great service and innovative projects to our growing client base.

Day to day: We work with a wide range of clients, including hotels, marinas, medical facilities, educational establishments, care homes, and student accommodation. The role will predominantly focus on installation works, with some involvement in servicing, maintenance, and reactive breakdowns as required. Due to the varied nature of our projects and client requirements, the applicant should be adaptable and capable of supporting both installation and service activities when needed.

  • Carry out installation works across a range of systems and equipment to a high standard.
  • Support servicing, routine maintenance, and planned preventative maintenance activities where required.
  • Diagnose and repair faults and breakdowns efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, and repair works completed.
  • Work independently when required, whilst also contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with current health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

About you: We are looking for a diverse range of applicants who have a real passion for their work.
