We are a family-run poultry and meat-cutting business based in the heart of Bradford, supplying customers across the wholesale, retail and hospitality sectors. Due to continued growth and increased demand for our products, we are looking to appoint a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our already committed team. The successful candidate will play an important role in sharing the growing work schedule ensuring that all poultry products meet the required quality, food safety and legal standards.
The role will include:
- Monitoring production processes
- Carrying out quality checks and internal audits
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting external food safety and assurance audits, including those conducted by the Food Standards Agency and Red Tractor Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement all aspects of the HACCP plan and relevant working procedures
