UniHomes is hiring a Product Manager to lead our forming AI & Automation function. This is a Wave 1 hire in our Technology & Product Target Operating Model and a foundational role for the business. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology & Product Officer, you will work with Heads across Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales and Customer Service to identify, prioritise and deliver AI automation that materially shifts how the business operates. You will own the AI roadmap, the agent build pipeline and the adoption motion behind it.
Key responsibilities:
- Work directly with the business to identify AI and automation opportunities - interview teams, shadow workflows, surface the friction.
- Own and prioritise the AI & Automation roadmap, balancing impact, effort and risk across departments.
- Lead delivery of AI agents and automations - in partnership with the Agentforce Lead (for CRM-side work) and engineering (for everything else).
- Own agent governance, observability and evaluation - make sure what we ship is safe, monitored and improving.
- Lead adoption: training, change management and feedback loops with the teams whose work is being automated.
- Build the AI tooling stack - Copilot Studio, Claude / Cowork, Power Automate, observability tooling - into something the rest of the business can lean on.
- Grow a small team of Automation Engineers as Wave 2 of the TOM lands.
Skills and experience:
- Proven Product Manager experience in a fast-moving environment, ideally a marketplace, SaaS or consumer platform.
- Hands-on experience identifying and shipping AI or automation use cases inside a business - not just talking about them.
- Practical fluency with the modern AI toolchain: large language models, prompt design, RAG, agent frameworks, evaluation and observability.
- Strong discovery and prioritisation discipline; comfortable saying "not yet" to well-meaning but lower-impact ideas.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management - credible with senior business stakeholders and with engineers.
- Outcome-driven; comfortable owning a number and reporting against it.
Desirable:
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate or similar agentic platforms.
- Background managing or growing a small team.
- Experience in lettings, utilities, marketplaces or other consumer-platform domains.
