The HR BP EUR/INT will function as a subject matter expert with specialized knowledge and techniques to plan and deliver enterprise and functional people priority projects, support talent management for their function, and provide business partnering support for leaders in EUR/INT. The position reports directly to the SHRBP EUR/INT and will work closely across the global HR team including HRBP team, HR COEs, HR Delivery and HR Operations.
Essential Functions
- Organizational Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the organization, particularly the supporting function(s), its strategy, customers, and people priorities. Gain an excellent grasp of the people challenges faced by the organization.
- Strategic HRBP Collaboration: Partner closely with the Strategic HRBP(s) to understand functional people priorities. Drive and in some cases lead a matrix team to successfully deliver multiple initiatives and projects across the function(s), ensuring they are within scope, time, and budget. This includes managing large or complex reorganizations.
- Org Development: Supporting the implementation of Org Development initiatives.
- Leadership Influence: Influence leaders using an OD mindsetâthrough impactful questioning and challenge them to identify and address the root of people and business opportunities and issues. Drive execution in partnership with senior leaders.
- Change Management: Manage the implementation of change initiatives to support the achievement of functional goals and organizational growth.
- HRBP Support: Serve as a point of contact for Senior Leaders from UK, Canada, Australia affiliates and EUR/INT regional teams for guidance and coaching on functional programs and initiatives ensuring redirect to HR Delivery for more day to day activities. Provide support on a wide range of HR issues for the programs, ensuring compliance with employment law, overall HR practices, and workplace culture. Offer counsel and coaching on proactive leadership through change to foster productive and cooperative work environments that align with Jazz values and enhance employee engagement.
- Team Facilitation: Utilize insights from the HR Delivery Team on climate assessments to identify, develop, and implement strategic initiatives (such as capability mapping, HP workshops) in alignment with the Strategic HRBP.
- Enterprise Project Management: Participate and sometimes lead enterprise and core process project teams, develop strategic plans and drive execution of key enterprise programs within the function.
- Matrix team: Utilize F2W and other resource across the HR Operating model to support the success of functional and enterprise projects and programs.
- Talent Management: Support the planning and execution of the talent management process. Collate talent data from across EURINT to develop overview. Track and follow up on outcomes post-talent review with function leaders and SRHBP. Partner with function specific Director TS, HRBP, TAQ and TR to develop and execute tactical actions and interventions to deliver on our Value Driven Talent Strategy.
- Global HR Collaboration: Collaborate with Global HR teams to fully leverage the HR operating model. Support Strategic HRBP in meeting their functional priorities, work with HR Delivery and Ops to maximize their role across Jazz, and drive process improvements, HR project management tools, and the implementation of operational best practices.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proactively use data, metrics, and evidence to inform and drive decision-making and change across key business areas.
- Agility: Will be required to work flexibility to lean in and support projects as required so the role requires a great deal of resilience.

- Extensive HR Experience: Progressive HR partnership experience, with accountability for partnering with senior leaders and expertise in the following areas: complex restructures, performance management, talent acquisition, organizational development, change management.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
