As the Mock Up Coordinator, you will take a highly hands-on role in building physical packaging mockups for crucial retail meetings and global trade shows! You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Packaging Design and Global Events, to bring creative concepts into the physical world. What You Will Do:
- Create high-quality physical mockups of new items and products for sales presentations and trade shows when standard samples are unavailable.
- Collaborate directly with Packaging Designers to determine the precise quality level, structure, and brand review requirements for every mockup.
- Operate essential equipment including printers, laminators, and cutting machines to expertly fold, cut, and construct physical packaging.
- Manage mockup logistics by assisting with packing, shipping, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and packing boxes to ensure mockups are prepped and shipped safely.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in mockup design with a solid understanding of materials, building skills, and the mockup lifecycle.
- Exceptional capability to build high-quality physical mock-ups with an unwavering attention to detail.
- A highly proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and juggle multiple projects under shifting deadlines.
- Solid computer literacy with standard proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nice To Have:
- Foundational knowledge of packaging design and basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

- The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location.
- Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply.

- Through Jazwares Cares, you will have the opportunity to volunteer for up to 16 hours a year on community service projects.
