What you will do:

Edit short‑form video content (Social/Reels) and assist in basic Motion Graphics (lower thirds, transitions). Maintain our media server (file naming/archiving) and keep our production gear organized and "field‑ready."
What we are looking for:

- Technical proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (Lightroom experience is a major plus).
- Familiarity with production gear, including an understanding of DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems, basic studio lighting (strobes and continuous), and audio recording equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a desire to learn new studio techniques, lighting setups, and post‑production workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Hands‑on experience contributing to real projects within a dynamic, creative company.
