As an Intern in our Creative Studio, you’ll sit at the intersection of production and post‑production, supporting both our Photo and Video departments. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you’ll be hands‑on, helping us create high‑impact visual content for our e-commerce, social, and marketing channels.
What you will do:
- Photo: Assist with lighting setups, backdrop changes, and prop styling for product and lifestyle shoots. Help organize call sheets, equipment checklists, and sample coordination. Assist in the organization, tagging, and uploading of raw and final assets. Support basic retouching workflows and file exports.
- Video: Support on‑location and in‑studio filming, including camera operation and audio monitoring. Edit short‑form video content (Social/Reels) and assist in basic Motion Graphics (lower thirds, transitions). Maintain our media server (file naming/archiving) and keep our production gear organized and "field‑ready."
What we are looking for:
- A genuine passion for visual storytelling, specifically within the realms of professional photography and video production.
- Technical proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (Lightroom experience is a major plus).
- Familiarity with production gear, including an understanding of DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems, basic studio lighting (strobes and continuous), and audio recording equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a desire to learn new studio techniques, lighting setups, and post‑production workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- Solid time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
- Open to rising seniors in high school, undergraduate, or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited institution.
- Must not have graduated prior to March 2026.
- Must be able to commit to the full 10‑week program, working onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays, for a total of 40 hours per week.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Must be able to commute to the internship location for the duration of the program.

- Hybrid schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays.
- 10‑week duration (Summer 2026) | 40 hours per week | June 8th - August 14th.
- Hands‑on experience contributing to real projects within a dynamic, creative company.
- Exposure to industry professionals, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
- Participation in Jazwares Cares philanthropic initiatives.
