As the Human Resources Administrator, you will provide critical administrative and operational support across the entire employee lifecycle! Serving as the initial point of contact for routine employee inquiries, you will ensure a seamless experience from onboarding and new hire orientation to records management and offboarding. Reporting to the HR Service Center Manager, you will accurately process HR transactions, handle confidential information with care, and help maintain our global HR operations. What You Will Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for routine HR inquiries via UKG, email, and phone, providing timely and professional customer service to employees, managers, and candidates

Conduct engaging New Hire Orientations (both virtually and in-person) for North America and international hires while managing first-day logistics, seating, system access, and company swag

Maintain highly accurate, confidential employee records and personnel files within UKG and other designated HR systems, ensuring documentation is complete before processing

Support onboarding and routine offboarding administration, ensuring all compliance paperwork and UKG transactions are completed accurately

Support HR operations by processing department invoices, employment verifications, and coordinating administrative logistics for Agency Temps and Independent Contractors

Assist in planning and coordinating HR meetings, employee events, and departmental activities through scheduling, materials prep, and event setup

Monitor HR requests and proactively elevate complex policy, employee relations, or compliance matters to the appropriate HR team member

Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

0-1 years of experience in Human Resources, administrative support, customer service, or a related environment

Required availability on Mondays to support scheduled in-person and virtual New Hire Orientation sessions

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and a strict commitment to data accuracy and maintaining confidentiality

Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills with the confidence to present standardized information to groups during orientation

Highly organized and professional mindset with the proven ability to follow established procedures, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable business productivity applications, along with a strong ability to learn new HR systems and processes

Nice To Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is a plus

Hands-on experience working with an HRIS or employee database (UKG Pro experience specifically)

Prior experience working within a global organization

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.
