  • Drive continuous process improvements across all EDI workflows and actively assist in developing and maintaining a strategic roadmap for future system advancements.
  • Create, maintain, and audit comprehensive documentation, including supplier integration mappings, process guidelines, and activity metrics for senior management reporting.

  • 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience in EDI or a similar technical discipline.
  • Proven experience working with TrueCommerce or similar EDI platforms, specifically including mapping and setting up mid-to-large size retailers (such as Walmart and Target).
  • Deep familiarity with industry-standard EDI documents and transaction codes (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 860, 940, 945), common connectivity methods, and Value-Added Networks (VANs).
  • A strong foundation in software design principles and architecture, with additional experience in UX design considered a strong plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to effectively train end-users, translate business needs, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
