The Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Analyst supports the CPI Senior Manager in identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role applies Lean Six Sigma tools, data analysis, and process mapping to support projects that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance. The Analyst works cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, IT/Data and Business Intelligence (BI) to support process improvement project execution.

What You Will Do:

  • Support process improvement projects using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Document current-state ('as is') process maps and value stream maps to capture existing workflows, handoffs, and pain points
  • Collect and analyze process data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and root causes
  • Design and document proposed future-state ('to be') process maps reflecting recommended improvements and workflow changes
  • Gather and analyze data to support business cases for improvement initiatives
  • Build and maintain KPI trackers and project management tool (Jira) to monitor project progress and impact
  • Partner with BI to support automated reporting and reduce reliance on manual data compilation
  • Conduct post-implementation audits to confirm improvements are sustained
  • Document process maps as is and proposed new state process
  • Draft and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
  • Support the development of RACI models to clarify roles and responsibilities across teams
  • Help ensure consistency of documented processes across business units
  • Create training materials for new processes
  • Coordinate project timelines, action items, and follow-ups for improvement initiatives
  • Prepare presentations and reports summarising project findings and outcomes for stakeholders and leadership
  • Support facilitation of workshops, Kaizen events, and process improvement meetings
  • Track and report on project milestones, risks, and issues to the CPI Senior Manager
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather process information and validate findings
  • Support change management activities, including training materials and communication for new processes

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operations, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, and value stream mapping concepts
  • Experience documenting current-state and future-state process maps
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support several projects simultaneously
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification (or in progress)
  • Experience with process mapping software (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
  • Experience with process automation tools
  • Experience supporting cross-functional or transformation projects
  • Familiarity with RACI frameworks or process documentation standards

The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Our benefits package includes basic medical insurance that is 100% company-paid for employees and their children, employee basic life and AD&D insurance, a 401(K) retirement program with matching up to 4% of pretax or post-tax deferrals, short and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement. Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 workdays fully remote each year, and Time Off for vacation and sick leave.
