We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Account Manager to support one of the biggest names in financial services - and one of the most creatively exciting brands in the sector. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, can hit the ground running, and genuinely loves getting stuck into the detail and nuance that makes great brand and customer communications stand out.

As part of our Client Services team, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of creative campaigns and customer communications across a range of touchpoints, working closely with strategists, creatives, designers, writers, and specialists across the agency. While we’re an integrated agency covering everything from media and digital to data and performance, this role is heavily focused on creative delivery and brand experience.

Our Senior Account Managers sit at the heart of our client relationships. We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage stakeholders, shape briefs, champion creative work, and keep projects moving at pace - all while maintaining exceptionally high standards. You’ll need to be proactive, organised, and commercially aware, with a strong background in brand and customer communications. Financial services experience would be a bonus, but more important is a passion for delivering smart, effective creative work and building trusted relationships with clients and teams alike.

Working alongside a talented integrated team, you’ll help bring campaigns and communications to life across multiple channels, contributing to wider account growth and helping ensure the work is strategically sharp, creatively strong, and expertly delivered. You’ll be part of one of our client teams and report directly to a Group Account Director, working closely with talented specialists from across the agency to bring bold, effective creative work to life.

Key Accountabilities

  • 4-5+ years’ experience working across brand, customer communications, creative and digital projects, ideally within an integrated agency environment.
  • You’ll understand how strong ideas translate across channels and touchpoints, with exposure to UX, digital journeys, and customer experience design.
  • A strong understanding of customer behaviour, emotional intelligence, and the nuance of language.
  • You’ll appreciate how tone, messaging, and creative detail shape customer perception and brand experience, particularly within customer communications.
  • Experience contributing to creative and strategic conversations with designers, UX specialists, strategists, writers, and creatives - confidently helping shape briefs, challenge thinking, and bring ideas to life across digital and customer channels.
  • A proactive mindset. This isn’t a role for someone waiting for briefs to land. We’re looking for someone who spots opportunities, joins the dots, pushes work forward, and thrives in a fast-moving creative environment.
  • Willingness to get stuck in across all levels of delivery — from managing day-to-day client relationships and creative workflows to supporting integrated campaigns, customer communications, and digital projects.
  • A natural organiser with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously, while keeping standards high and teams aligned.
  • A solid understanding of customer journeys and how communications, content, and channel choice influence behaviour and experience across the funnel.
  • You’ll be comfortable helping shape joined-up customer experiences across brand and digital touchpoints.
  • Commercially aware and confident managing account finances, project scopes, timings, and deliverables with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building skills. You’ll be confident managing clients, building trust internally and externally, handling feedback constructively, and maintaining a positive agency-client partnership.
  • Great communication and presentation skills — whether leading status calls, presenting creative rationale, sharing campaign thinking, or helping sell work through with confidence and clarity.
  • A naturally curious mindset with an interest in insight, performance, and customer behaviour. You’ll enjoy understanding what makes audiences tick and using insight to help shape stronger creative and customer experiences.
  • A collaborative approach and adaptable personality — equally comfortable brainstorming with creatives, problem-solving with delivery teams, or navigating the day-to-day realities of busy client accounts.
