We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join the team on a 2-month fixed-term contract to support a maternity and paternity leave overlap.

You’ll be supporting one of the biggest names in financial services, helping manage a high-profile media campaign alongside the delivery of creative and customer communications activity across a portfolio of FS accounts.

While the role has a strong creative and customer comms focus, media experience is essential due to the scale and visibility of the campaign activity you’ll be supporting. You’ll work closely with creatives, strategists, media specialists, UX teams, and client stakeholders to help deliver joined-up campaigns and communications across multiple channels.

From managing timelines and briefing teams to supporting campaign delivery and client relationships, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving and standards high.

We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of language, customer insight, emotional intelligence, and audience nuance, someone who appreciates how brand and customer experience come together across every touchpoint.

You’ll be part of one of our client teams and report directly to a Group Account Director, collaborating with specialists from across the agency to deliver impactful, strategically strong work.

  • 3–4 years’ experience working across brand, customer communications, media, creative, and digital projects, ideally within an integrated agency environment.
  • Experience supporting or managing integrated media campaigns, with an understanding of how media, creative, and customer communications work together to deliver effective results.
  • A solid understanding of customer behaviour, emotional intelligence, and the role language and messaging play in shaping customer experience and brand perception.
  • Exposure to UX, digital journeys, and customer experience design, with an understanding of how communications translate across channels and touchpoints.
  • Confident collaborating with creatives, strategists, media teams, UX specialists, developers, and clients to help shape and deliver integrated work.
  • Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to juggle deadlines, stakeholders, approvals, and fast-moving deliverables.
  • Experience managing day-to-day client relationships, handling feedback confidently, and building trusted partnerships internally and externally.
  • A good understanding of customer journeys and how channel, timing, messaging, and creative all influence behaviour and experience across the funnel.
  • Commercial awareness with attention to detail across scopes, timings, budgets, and delivery.
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach — equally comfortable getting into the detail of delivery as contributing to bigger-picture campaign and customer experience conversations.

We believe in thinking big, exploring new technology, using data science to inspire creativity, caring about everything that has our name behind it, and working as one team. With clients spanning Pepsi Max, Hallmark, Jamie Oliver, Curry’s Group, Walkers, Savills and Goodyear we have a real mix and are super proud of the portfolio of 50+ brilliant brands we’ve amassed over the years.

The role is based in our Leeds office, with flexibility around when you come in — we typically aim for three days a week together.
