This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for marketing and delivering excellent client experiences, whether you’ve recently graduated or are looking to take your first step into a strategic, fast‑paced agency environment. While prior agency experience is an advantage, it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, proactive, and confident in their communication, with a genuine eagerness to learn how strong client relationships are built and maintained.

    • Support the day-to-day management of client relationships across several accounts.

    • Coordinate tasks and timelines across internal teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
    • Keep all account documentation and shared folders organised and up to date.
    • Manage smaller workstreams independently where appropriate, escalating issues when needed.
  • Campaign Delivery
    • Assist with campaign setup, delivery, and reporting across relevant channels.
    • Support in briefing internal teams, reviewing outputs against client expectations, and maintaining delivery quality.
    • Help track campaign performance, pulling data and insights to support reporting and optimisation discussions.
    • Support with raising purchase orders, managing budgets, and reconciling costs.
    • Maintain accurate billing trackers and assist in forecasting as directed by the Account Manager.
    • Learn how to identify opportunities to improve account efficiency or add value to clients.
    • Work closely with internal media, creative, and strategy teams to coordinate campaign activity.
    • Build strong working relationships across departments, ensuring information flows smoothly between teams.
    • Be proactive in supporting the wider Client Services team with day-to-day administration and project management.
  • Learning & Development
    • Take ownership of your professional development by engaging in training and shadowing opportunities.
    • Build knowledge of marketing channels including Paid Search, SEO, Social, PR, and Content.
    • Develop your understanding of agency processes, project management tools, and client servicing best practices.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
