About the Employer: Jaytees Paints are a specialist coatings manufacturer focusing on the alloy wheel repair and remanufacturing industry. The business is based in Alcester, Warwickshire (UK) and has been trading since 2008. Our core product lines are water and solvent-borne basecoats, where we have over 300 OEM colour-matched variants available. These are designed to be used in a powder coating environment as well as in SMART repair, and can be flatted using abrasives. They will also not chip or flake when lathe cut.
For diamond cut wheels, we have a range of direct adhesion to metal clear coats in gloss, satin, matt and stormy black finishes, as well as preparatory solvents to begin the process. We also provide a range of Powder Coating products, which are Toll manufactured under licence to Jaytees formula. These include primers and clear coats for both 'box oven' and 'chain on edge' technology, plus a range of special effects colours. Colour styling development is available for Tier One Vehicle manufacturers, by our team of laboratory based, in-house colour technicians.
