If you're early in your travel career and you want to learn from the very best, this might be the luxury travel role you've been waiting for.

A discreet, ultra-luxury membership business is looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to join their growing travel team.

This is a hands-on, immersive role that sits right at the heart of how the business operates and it comes with a clear progression path to Travel Advisor for the right person.

The clients you'll be supporting sit firmly in the HNW/UHNW space.

A world that genuinely doesn't feel the effects of economic uncertainty, which means the business keeps growing and the opportunities within it keep growing too.

You'll be working closely with the Luxury Travel Advisors, helping to bring bespoke itineraries to life, making sure every detail is exactly right before and after each trip, and gradually taking on more complex planning as your confidence builds.

It's a role where no two days look the same, where precision matters as much as creativity, and where the satisfaction of delivering something truly exceptional is a regular occurrence.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the travel team with research, bookings and itinerary preparation
  • Helping to create client-facing documents and trip materials
  • Managing client communications, invoicing and financial administration
  • Following up with clients post-trip to capture feedback and improve service
