Working as a Trade Sales Manager in field sales you will represent the company in managing all core accounts in the South of England.
Our client, a specialist tour operator, is seeking to hire a Trade Sales Manager with a professional business like persona that can represent the company when visiting independent agents, attending industry events, conducting training and leading FAM trips.
You will manage your diary and portfolio of accounts ensuring travel agents have all the tools including product launches, product developments and latest prices to be able to sell to their prospective clients.
Working from home you will be out on the road 4 days a week with 1 day from home. On a weekly basis you will check in with the team and on a quarterly basis get together for a more formal meeting to discuss your regions performance.
You will have a warm and engaging personality and be someone that is memorable and stands out. Ideally you will have a proven experience in a similar cruise travel job or for a specialist tour operator and be someone that can immediately draw on your knowledge. You will have outstanding communication skills and be socially adept to using all tools to foster relationships and partnerships with your travel agent accounts.
