Are you a product person who gets a kick out of turning customer data into revenue? This could be a great next move.

I’m working with a respected UK travel group that sits behind a portfolio of much-loved holiday brands, from adventure and specialist tours to luxury travel.

They have big plans for how they use customer data and AI, and they need a

Product Owner to take charge of it.

As Product Owner you’ll look after everything that helps the business understand and talk to its customers: the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), the data platform (Snowflake), personalisation, segmentation, campaign tools and reporting.

You’ll set the direction, decide what gets done first, and make sure the investment shows up in the numbers.

You will also manage a team.

There’s a real balance to strike.

Some of the work should deliver quick commercial wins, and some needs to build data foundations that will last.

You’ll partner with the Data Architect to keep the data clean, compliant and ready for AI.

You’ll also bring marketing, digital, tech and commercial teams together around one roadmap.

Why it’s worth a conversation

The business is putting serious investment into digital, and this role shapes how it’s spent.

You’ll get influence, a team and a chance to show what good use of data can do for some brilliant travel brands.

How to prepare for a job interview at Jayne Peirce Travel Recruitment

✨Understand the Product Life Cycle

As a product management candidate, we need to get our head around the complete product life cycle. Be prepared to discuss real-world examples of how you’ve managed product development from ideation to launch. Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.

✨Showcase Your Cross-Functional Skills
