Head of Operations - Home Based/London/Hybrid/Flexible Our client is a young, fast-growing luxury travel DMC creating bespoke, beautifully curated trips. Every single piece of business they've won to date has come through recommendation and referral. We're looking for someone with a background in operations either as a Operations Manager or Head of Operations within luxury travel , a DMC or tour operator. A DMC background would be a real bonus, but strong tour operating experience is just as welcome. You'll need to be highly organised with genuinely exceptional attention to detail, comfortable juggling multiple projects at once, and confident building or improving processes from scratch. Being a small, close-knit team, they're flexible on working patterns and days, though this is ultimately a full time role. It's home-based unless you're within commutable distance of their London office, where the team gets together three days a week.
