We're recruiting exclusively for an established, independent luxury travel company with over 40 years' heritage creating bespoke holidays for discerning clients.

About the Role

As they enter this next phase, they're appointing a Head of Marketing. Reporting directly to the MD and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, this is a genuine build-from-the-ground-up opportunity, not just a management role where you'll have real autonomy to shape strategy while staying close to day-to-day delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Customer acquisition across paid, organic, content and referral channels
  • Brand, positioning and the evolving loyalty programme
  • Website, digital and CRM development
  • Recruitment marketing to grow their independent travel advisor network
  • Leading and mentoring the marketing team, with meaningful reporting to the MD

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with senior marketing leadership experience, a proven track record of driving commercial growth, and strong analytical and budget management skills.

Required Skills

Experience in travel or another premium/luxury consumer sector would be a real bonus, as would familiarity with Dynamics 365, GA4, SEO/PPC or Meta Advertising.
