This is a genuinely exciting opportunity in a business that has built something special. As Finance Manager, you'll own the numbers but more importantly, you'll know what to do with them. Taking full ownership of month-end, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, you'll work directly alongside senior leadership to influence pricing, margin and commercial decision-making.

You'll analyse profitability across the product portfolio, identify where money is being left on the table, and translate financial insight into clear recommendations that actually change things. ACA / ACCA / CIMA part/qualified or finalist, you'll have a strong management accounting background with a real commercial edge, ideally gained in travel, tourism or a similar product-led business.

You'll be confident presenting to senior stakeholders, strong on Excel and financial modelling, and equally happy rolling your sleeves up as thinking strategically.
