We are working with a long-established, genuinely respected specialist travel company to find their first dedicated Digital Marketing Manager. This is not a volume business. It’s a company built on expertise, trust and long-term relationships, with a strong organic presence, a rich first-party database and a loyal client base. They’ve never needed to shout. But they’re ready to be smarter about digital and they want the right person to help them do that thoughtfully and sustainably.
This role sits across organic search, CRM and lifecycle marketing, email, CRO and paid media but it’s the SEO and database work that will be the real priority. There’s a technically strong website that’s been carefully built over many years, a CRM that’s genuinely underleveraged, and a leadership team that will give you the space to get on with it. Good ideas get noticed quickly here.
What they’re looking for:
- Around 3-5 years in digital marketing with solid hands-on experience across GA4, Google Search Console, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar), email automation and paid media platforms.
- You’ll need to be genuinely analytical - someone who uses data to improve performance, not just report on it.
- Equally important is your mindset. They want a strategic thinker, not a box-ticker. Someone commercially curious, comfortable taking ownership in a small team, and open to AI as a practical tool rather than a buzzword.
The practicalities:
- Full-time preferred, with flexible or part-time arrangements genuinely considered.
- UK-based preferred, though strong remote candidates will be looked at.
Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
