Are you an experienced Optical Assistant looking for the next step in your career? Join our team as an Optical Supervisor and work closely with the Director and experienced staff to help drive success in the practice. In this role, you will:
Supervise a team of Optical Assistants, ensuring high standards of customer care and operational efficiency.
Be actively involved in the training and development of the team, helping them improve their skills and advance in their roles.
Double testing clinic, ensuring quality service and optimal patient care.
Direct patient interaction and hands-on duties, contributing to the smooth running of the clinic.
A minimum of 3 years of optical experience
Proven leadership and team management abilities
A passion for training and developing others, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team
A desire to work in a supportive and collaborative environment
