We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Optical Assistant to join our client’s team. Greet clients with a warm welcome, either in person or over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
Work closely with Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians to determine the best optical solutions for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
Focus on delivering exceptional service at every step of the client journey, from the initial consultation to follow-up care.
Handle appointments, manage patient records, and assist with the smooth running of the practice’s daily operations.
Assist clients in selecting eyewear, providing expert advice on frames, lenses, and contact lenses. Ensure all products meet client needs and preferences.
