- Dispense and fit spectacles to patients according to their prescriptions
- Provide expert advice to patients on frame and lens options to suit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Assist in managing and maintaining the optical equipment and ensuring the highest levels of clinical care
- Ensure that all patient information and records are maintained accurately and confidentially
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to create an excellent customer-focused environment
- Provide pre-screening services to patients
- Offer professional guidance on eye care and products, ensuring patients understand their choices
- Stay up to date with the latest optical technologies and innovations
