  • Conducting thorough hearing assessments to identify patients' needs and provide personalised hearing solutions.
  • Dispensing and fitting hearing aids, ensuring optimal fitting and comfort for each patient.
  • Providing detailed aftercare, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing support for patients' hearing aids.
  • Performing wax removal procedures as necessary.
  • Managing and prioritising a busy caseload, ensuring all appointments are attended to promptly.
  • Delivering high levels of customer service, offering clear advice and guidance to patients on hearing care and maintenance.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records in line with professional standards and practice.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in hearing care and technology to deliver the best possible solutions to patients.
