Our client, a successful and growing tech business in North Leicestershire, is seeking an Internal Sales Team Leader to develop and manage their team of 8 Internal Account Managers. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
